Brad was GREAT! It was his supporting team asking for documents multiple times that were provided.. including my w2 that had to go to sublender....my proof of insurance that was sent by me and my insurance agent and a few other documents. Additionally, the support staff was not clear in their needs so they would ask for information unintentionally leaving out very specific information like "please include the running daily balance" etc. it was challenging.- Mark R.
